( Personality ) :
There are many sides to Allen, from the good to the bad all which I will try and list here as easily as I can:

Allen can be seen as a polite individual, a true gentlemen to both strangers and friends. The way he speaks and acts around everyone shows that clearly, although this vanishes at the mention of his master or when Kanda's around. Usually then he will either snap back at Kanda, or just be in fear when Master's mentioned because of all the debts he had to pay over the years of being Cross's apprentice. He can also handle himself pretty well if left alone in the middle of nowhere. That is in terms of fighting ability and survival, but when it comes to directions and finding your way out of somewhere, Allen can be known to get lost, which he had a big habit of doing in big places since he doesn't seem to have a very good sense of direction. He is also a very caring friend and will fight for them if he has to, he wants to protect them as best as he can, maybe on occasion going a little overboard when needs be.

While Allen does care deeply for his friends, he also has a drive to not only save them, but also save the souls of the Akuma, making him very different from everyone else, who all despise Akuma for one reason or another. Allen believes that the souls of the people who are trapped can be saved and this gives Allen the drive to move forward and give him a reason. Since he's the only one who can see the souls and can tell that they are suffering due to the choice the person, whose body they are using. Allen believes that if he destroys them, that ultimately they are saved and thus will go to heaven. It had been shown that he can get rather upset when an Akuma has been destroyed in any way other than innocence since that way the soul just vanishes forever and doesn't rest in peace.

While Allen can have a serious side to his personality, Allen also has a more clown like side to. He enjoys being a clown, a trait that he had been taught how to be since he started his travels with Mana, and one that he does take up later on in his canon. A downside to Allen's personality is that even though he cares about his friends, he self-sacrifice's himself for them to be safe, this over the course of the manga has annoyed a few of his comrades now and again, since it makes it seem like he takes his own life for granted.

Throughout canon Allen has one at least one occasion questioned Mana's love for him and to also question if the path he was on now was one that he had made himself or one that someone had set up before. Given the fact he adores Mana shows that given a situation he can question if he was loved back, or just because he has the memories of his dead brother.

Due to his past involving his master and the number of debts he would somehow manage to get, he has developed a dark mode. This dark side of his personality is one that is ruthless and he will refuse to lose and will win by any means, but it's usually by cheating. This is the side of him what tends to scare any of those who are near him when he does turn to that side. It's something that he developed early on due to his master and uses especially when he plays a game of poker. With Allen there is one thing that can be noted and that's the fact he can easily hide how he's feeling behind a smile or a mask more to speak.

One thing Allen defiantly is, is compassionate towards everyone and everything, he shows concern over people and the Akuma, those who have souls trapped within when they didn't want it in the first place. He is even compassionate to friends and even strangers, showing concern to them when they are suffering to the point he'll help them if he can. Although Allen does have close friends the one thing he does often is not tell them if he needs help or if there is something on his mind. Allen has a habit of hiding things from them, mostly because he doesn't want them to get involved with his own problems should they arrive. In some cases he can fear that if they did they could get hurt and that is the last thing he wants.

Allen can be extremely strong-willed, to the point he doesn't let anyone or anything try and take control of his life. He knows that it's his choice and his alone to do as he wants, he's even going to the point of having to suppress the Noah inside of him because he knows full well what will happen if it gets through and that is something he doesn't want.

Allen can go into situations head first and not really get the full picture beforehand, especially if he thinks the situation calls for it. This can usually get the guy into trouble or make him end up going head first into a trap that had been set up just for him. So basically he is very prone to getting into trouble.

Allen is usually seen smiling or seemingly happy, but underneath that is someone who has been through a lot of hardship from very early on, but he does what Mana told him to and that is to keep going forward no matter what. He may have all this negative past, but it's what makes him the person he is and why he tends to do what he does to help both Akuma and humans a like.

( Strengths/Weaknesses ) :
Strengths:
+ Allen has over 100% sync rate, which in the Order terms would class him as General level.
+ He's pretty athletic, even using training methods that one usually wouldn't be able to do normally.
+ He can see pretty in the dark thanks to his training with Cross.

Strength/Weakness:
+ - Allen is one who is willing to help others before himself, though this is also a downside in terms of he doesn't at time take care of himself, letting himself get hurt in the process.
+ - Allen's innocence is a parasite type, which while gives him a closer connection to it, it means he has to eat a much larger amount of food, in order to gain the energy that is needed.

Weakness:
- While Allen's himself travels often, especially to places he might have never been to before.The poor boy cannot help but get so very lost in new places.
- Allen is now known to be the one who holds the memories of the fourteenth. This means that he'll eventually become the fourteenth, although given Allen's canon point it's something he refuses will happen and is planning on finding a way to basically stop it.

( Other Important Facts ) :
- He's ambidextrous.
- He's also a very good clown, although that's not something seen until later chapters, but it's still there
- While he can write with both hands, Allen cannot draw.

( Sample ) :
He had done it. He had left the Order behind in order to go about finding another way. He had left it with reason and well, he knew that he would have been in even bigger trouble had he of stayed behind. But he felt that this was the best idea, no matter how much he hated it. So looking over at Timcampy who was fluttering around his head, he smiled, using it as to hide from another feeling. He knew he was going to miss home.

"I guess it will just be me and you for now Timcampy."

Walking further into the ark, he had come across that special place, the one with a simple white piano in it and a mirror. It seemed rather plain, but when they first got the ark, it was the place he learnt something that has effected him since in one way or another and he knew that that news would keep effecting him in many ways now.

Walking towards the piano, his fingers ran lightly across the keys, listening to them make a musical noise as he did. "I should get started soon." He muttered to himself as he moved away from the piano towards the sofa that was also within the bright white room, also matching the room in color. Laying back, he glanced up at the ceiling, while Timcampy flew over head. His thoughts were on the next stage; what exactly will he do next? Placing his right hand on his head, he closed his eyes, going deep in thought as he did, trying to come with something, anything to do next before moving forward.

This was the first step on his way to figuring out his problems, and to keep walking forward no matter what.
